RUMBA
Cuban rumba is a traditional Cuban dance and musical style that originated in Afro-Cuban communities in Cuba in the late 19th century. This dance is very rhythmic, energetic and often represents interaction between a man and a woman in the form of seduction and flirting. There are strong African influences in Cuban rumba, which are particularly evident in the rhythms and dynamic movements.


Afro Salsa
Afro salsa is a dance and music style that combines elements of traditional African music and dance with elements of salsa, a popular dance style native to the Caribbean, particularly Cuba and Puerto Rico. This fusion style combines the rhythms and techniques of African dance with Latin American rhythms to create a rich, dynamic and expressive dance.


Bachata for couples
Enjoy one of the most sensual dances, meet new people and have the most fun dancing the bachata.


Bachata solo

Samba carnaval
A characteristic element of this dance is the so-called 'bouncing' - a swaying of the knees, accompanied by a forward and backward movement of the hips.


Forró
Forró is a Brazilian dance that originated in the northeastern region of Brazil. It has roots in the folk music and dance of those regions, and is associated with several traditional musical genres such as Baião, Xote, and Xaxado. The main instrument in Forró is the accordion, accompanied by traditional rhythm instruments such as the triangle and zabumba (drum). It can be performed in pairs or solo.


MIX Latino dance
In the mix latino dance course you will learn dances such as cha cha cha cha, mambo, bachata, samba, salsa, reggaeton. If you are applying for a couple dance course and you do not have a dance partner, we will try to find a partner for you among the participants. We also try to provide helpers for our tutor to pair individuals. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that you will have a dance partner at all times, for the entire dance lesson.


Ballet classical dance
Ballet is the foundation for all dancers. It is the foundation of dance and the ideal preparation for many sports. It develops movement connections and improves physical fitness.


Latin Fit Dance mom and baby
The dances are set to different rhythms and genres of music: latino (Salsa, Bachata, Merenque, Reggaeton, Cha-cha-cha,) The tempo and rhythm are always chosen with your baby in mind.
What are dance lessons for moms with babies They are lessons of different dance styles, suitable for moms with babies aged 3 to 18 months. The optimal age for babies to take part in dance lessons The lower age limit for babies is determined by the time when babies have stronger muscles around the neck and spine - so from around 3 months of age. The upper age limit depends on the baby's weight so as not to put excessive strain on the mothers' musculoskeletal system - i.e. until approximately 18 months of age.


Reggaetón for adults

The basic rhythm of Reggaeton is very similar to Jamaican Dancehall, but with a touch of Latin dance. The lyrics are catchy, leaning on rhyme in a recitation style, influenced by Hip-Hop.


Zumba for adults
is a dance fitness program created by Colombian fitness trainer and choreographer Alberto "Beto" Perez. Zumba is an aerobic workout - it is a form of interval training and is called "intermittent training". It alternates between slow and fast tracks. The heart rate is maintained in the aerobic zone for the duration of the workout, increasing and decreasing as the track changes.
