Dancing with your child is one of the most enjoyable and recommended activities you can share with your child.  
From the moment of pregnancy, dancing is a recommended activity, albeit with certain restrictions and precautions. Once we give birth and since our baby is very small, we can dance with him and soothe him with relaxing and quiet music. This will help awaken and stimulate all your baby's senses and allow you to feel more relaxed. Dancing with your baby close to your body reproduces the atmosphere of the womb.  As your baby gets older, you can use more lively and upbeat music.
All babies are soothed by rocking and warming up, and when you add music to that, it's dancing. Dancing with your baby creates an intense sense of well-being. You can dance at home with your baby to music and let yourself drift off naturally. Hold your baby tightly and enjoy moments of peace and fun together. Dance to different rhythms and genres of music: Latin (Salsa, Bachata, Merenque,Reggaeton, Cha-cha-cha,) The tempo and rhythm are always chosen with your baby in mind.

About the course

Benefits of dance for children:


- Movement while dancing is an excellent ally for promoting your child's balance.
- Endorphins, the hormones responsible for making us feel happy, are produced when we dance and play music. This will promote a good mood for both moms and babies.
- It will allow your baby to relax, which will often help him or her fall asleep and rest comfortably. The vibrations and rocking create relaxation at a muscular level, which  helps the baby enter a deeper state of relaxation.
- The movement during the dance will support and prioritise the child's proper psychomotor development. Both in terms of gross motor skills, coordination, spatial orientation, flexibility and suppleness...

When a child can dance on their own, they are doing amazing physical exercise working on cardiovascular, muscular and cognitive level.

- Dance makes moms recover faster and adapt to their new condition more easily, and her baby along with her.
- The hormonal, emotional, and physical changes women go through after childbirth require space for women to rest, devote themselves

Important notice The emphasis on safety is of the utmost importance to us. Therefore, we recommend that mothers use only ergonomic baby carriers for dancing with their babies, or study and try out the correct methods of tying babies in scarves beforehand. If you are not sure whether exercise is suitable for your baby, consult your paediatrician. Always also consider your current state of health before class, taking into account the strain on your musculoskeletal system, increased by your baby's weight. What to bring Bring a scarf or baby carrier. Wear comfortable sports or dance clothes that you feel comfortable in and appropriate shoes with non-slip soles. Don't forget a drink.
