About the course
Folk dance is one of the basic folklore pillars of every nation. It symbolizes the joy of movement, of life and presents typical expressions of a given region. It comes from each one of us and should therefore be honoured and preserved. By dancing it, each of us can not only improve in movement as such, but also become aware of where the dance comes from, become more aware of the rhythm, learn to dance both solo and in a group or in a couple, and at the same time learn the basics of singing.
